Week at the Woods

Remembrance Day

Kudos to our Music Director, Mr. Richardson, staff and students for an outstanding tribute to our service men and women.  Many hours were spent in preparation and we appreciate their commitment to enact our new school motto: Show respect, try your best and make a difference in our world. Primary, Junior and Intermediate choirs showcased their talent and Mr. R's!

Looking For New or Nearly New Games for the LLC

Our Library Learning Commons (LLC) will be opening as a Mindful Moment Location during first break for students and staff at the end of the month. Students may use the LLC as a quiet spot to relax, refocus or connect with peers. We are looking for donations of new or nearly new board games (e.g., checkers, chess, snakes & ladders, scrabble, connect four, uno, cards) for students to use in the LLC. Please direct any donations to the office or LLC.

Kiss “N” Ride  as Winter Arrives!

Thank you to those parents who are using our Kiss “N” Ride.   Our staff are doing their best to create a safe and efficient entry.  Please pull up  right to the end before your child exits your car.

We are trying to keep cars from backing up onto the street. Yes, we know patience is needed! Thank you for helping us for keeping all our students safe!
